Therapy addresses the personal issues, relationship difficulties, and the life challenges that we all face at times. It provides a safe and supportive space in which to initiate change in your life. I look at those challenges and face them straight on with the help the latest evidence based methods. My goal is to equip you with the tools needed to overcome life’s toughest challenges and help you on your way to being the best version of yourself via weekly or bi-monthly sessions. These changes include increased feelings of well-being, improved relationships, higher self-esteem, empowerment, enhanced physical health through reduction of stress, and greater clarity about their purpose and direction in life.
