How can therapy help me?
Therapy addresses the personal issues, relationship difficulties, and the life challenges that we all face at times, by facing them straight on with the help of the proven evidence based methods. It provides a safe and supportive space in which to initiate change in your life. My goal is to equip you with the tools needed to overcome life’s toughest challenges and help you on your way to being the best version of yourself. On a weekly or bi-monthly basis, I meet with clients in my office who are experiencing transformational changes in their life. These changes include increased feelings of well-being, improved relationships, higher self-esteem, empowerment, enhanced physical health through reduction of stress, and greater clarity about their purpose and direction in life.

I work for an external provider contracted with Kaiser Permanente. SO, if you have this insurance plan, let me know. If you already have been referred to me through Kaiser, and you’re simply here on my website to learn a bit more about me, I hope you’ve learned that:
1. Sometimes the hardest part is taking the initial steps & you did that, so great job.
2. Therapy doesn’t have to be scary. Or boring. Sure, we’re probably going to unpack some difficult stuff, but I like to think I make therapy fun, I love a good appropriately timed joke, and I really encourage you to be your authentic self.
